This page explains what data is collected on this site, why, and how to control it.
What we collect
The Seasonal Letter signup form collects an email address, used only to send the newsletter. The contact form collects a name, email address and message, used only to respond to your enquiry. No data is sold to third parties.
Email service providers
Newsletter sign-ups are stored and managed by Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC), which sends the double opt-in confirmation email and, once confirmed, the newsletter itself. Order confirmations and other transactional emails (such as download links) are sent through Resend. Both providers act as data processors on our behalf and only receive the email address (and, where relevant, name) needed to send these emails - they do not receive payment details. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every email.
Analytics and tracking
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and content are useful - never sold, and never used for advertising. The tracking script only loads after you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set. No advertising or marketing pixels are loaded by default.
